On 12 October the Global Compact Foundation renewed its agreement for a second year with Sustainalytics to provide its ESG data on over 2500 listed and non-listed companies in developed markets, as well as 800+ emerging market companies. The data is accessed from an online database.
In addition to the original partners (UNDP, UNFPA, UN Women, OHCHR, UNIDO, UNODC, FAO, UNRWA and Global Compact Foundation) both UNICEF and UNEP have joined and will be receiving the service. In addition to gaining access on ESG data on almost 4000 companies, the new agreement also provides an opportunity for partners to access industry reports on the online database, for an additional charge.
