Connecting Food Providers with Larger Entrepreneurs in Mainstream Destinations (Nicaragua)

  • Overview

    The project is implemented in collaboration with some large (four – five star) hotels in Managua. Based on a value chain analysis of vegetables and fruits in the tourism sector, an inclusive business for supply from small farmers to large hotels and restaurants is developed.
