    Vision / description

    The Uaná Refugees Training and Workforce Development project is a program focused on work with immigrants and refugees. The purpose is to offer a new start to the newly arrived and to form leaders who are able share their knowledge and contribute to strengthening the local economy.

    -Empowering immigrants and refugees through professional and personal development
    -Workforce development and reinsertion in the labor market
    -Networking opportunities

    Beneficiaries

    Immigrants and refugees living in Curitiba and metropolitan area (Brazil) will benefit from this project

    Current progress

    The program is divided into five modules. The modules will address issues relevant to the social and economic inclusion of participants, such as personal and professional development, entrepreneurship, leadership and the labor market.
