    Vision / description

    Coco Veda intends to build a Sustainable Market Footprint that will trace back to improving the lives of coconut farming communities by setting up Integrated Farm-Based Processing supplemented by a Digital Knowledge Platform to promote Growth across Borders with Sustainable Partnerships.

    Project objectives

    There will be opportunities for Youth & Women’s Empowerment, as well a Science Led Panel to share knowledge, strengthen human capital, and forge Partnerships of Value for the Coconut Industry. In particular, this project will target:

    1. Social Impact Funding / Capital 
    2. Organic Farm Based Agri Processing to
    2.1 Maximize the Yield Of the Coconut Trees, which is low in The Philippines 
    2.2 Maximizing the output of the land through Best Practices (Intercropping, etc.)
    2.3 Farm-Based Downstream Processing to support the Farmer Cooperative Initiatives Of Coco Veda
    2.4 Engaging with UN Agencies (e.g. UNDP, World Bank, ADB, etc.) to understand the options available for a larger scale impact potential along with the support of the Philippine Government for this initiative
    3. Building a Human Capital Network to support our Women’s Empowerment & Youth Leadership Development Initiatives
